Buyers’ Response to the Expected Rise in Interest Rates

A few of my seller clients have asked my opinion about the expected rise in interest rates, mainly, how will rising interest rates affect buyer behavior? Is it still a good time to sell?

According to Realtor.com, buyers are not as sensitive to a rise in interest rates as one might think. Buyers, do you agree? Do small rises or falls in interest rates affect your buying behavior as much as other factors do?
